DOMAINE FERDINAND & LAURENT
PILLOT. Laurent, shown above, is now at the helm. They have invested
heavily and upgraded the whole winery in Chassagne Monrachet.
All white wines are fermented and matured in barrique. He makes
intense, elegant wines which are wonderfully delicate when young
but which gain richness and complexity with age. They are now
acknowledged as amongst the finest Chassagnes.
