CHATEAU DE FIEUZAL ranks in the
top flight of Graves. The blend is 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33%
Merlot with Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. The wine is barrique
aged for 12 months in 50-60% new oak barrels. The wine is powerful,
elegant and with marked fruit. The 1994 is drinking superbly now.

CHATEAU FLEUR CARDINALE
has recently changed owners. The new owner is investing heavily
with the aim of becoming a Grand Cru Classe. The wines are soft,
agreeable and baeutifully balanced. The blend is 70% Merlot, 15%
Cabernet sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc. The wine spends over
18 months in barrique and is bottled unfiltered. An exquisite wine.
